FAQsHOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE WE RECEIVE OUR DVD’S?-Depending on the chosen package, we deliver your final DVDs between 6 to 10 weeks after the wedding day.
CAN WE ORDER EXTRA DVD’S OR MAKE CHANGES LATER?-We will hold onto all of your footage and info for 2 years before we have to erase it.
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?-We use only professional quality cameras including a Sony DCR VX2100 and for our second camera we use a VX2000. We use a professional UHF wireless lapel mic to capture our sound. Our editing software is the video collection from Adobe including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Encore, and we use several third party resources as well. Our lighting is all on-camera lighting and bright enough (100 watts) to capture even the darkest reception areas.
WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN HIRING A VIDEOGRAPHER ?-Be sure to know how they learned what they are doing and what type of equipment that they use. Anybody can use a video camera, but not everybody can tell a story with one. Also, make sure you watch some of their gallery samples or previous work to see if it is what you’re looking for. Basically, don’t have Cousin Joe videotape your wedding because he has a cool camera. We have had couples ask if we can fix their existing wedding videos and, sadly, we can’t. Make sure it is done right the first time. After all, it is your wedding day!
HOW DO I SIGN UP OR PAY FOR OUR VIDEO-Easy! Give us a call at 302-236-4185 and we can find a way to accommodate you. Or, just send an email to tjdukes@shoreprovideo.com. We ask for a $300 deposit to book your wedding with us and you can pay the rest at the same time or we can work out a payment plan that works for you!
